Conditions for cancellation
The room reservation with a written confirmation is binding for both.
Cancellation penalty:
14 days prior to check-in: 20 % of full price
7 days prior to check-in: 30 % of full price
3 days prior to check-in: 60 % of full price
1-3 days prior to check in 100% of full price
In case of an anticipated departure we will calculate the full price of the services you’ve taken advantage of and 70% of the price of the remaining booked services that haven’t been used.
